Royal Reed

Royal Reed is a highly experienced New Zealand barrister and solicitor with over 25 years of legal practice, specialising in civil litigation, relationship property, trust matters, and cross-border legal issues.
She previously founded and led a well-established law firm serving international and Asian clients, which was successfully acquired in 2020 by New Zealand’s largest litigation firm. Drawing on her extensive hands-on experience and deep understanding of client needs, she established Agile Legal, a boutique law firm focused on delivering agile, efficient, and results-driven legal services.
Royal advises business owners and high-net-worth families on complex disputes and legal structuring, and regularly represents clients in court. She is also an active public speaker, committed to improving legal awareness and risk management within the Asian community.
